Character data for Rise of the MuTeens.

 The first story for Fanfic Corner will be Rise of the MuTeens: A TMNT Ultimates based story. Guess I should start with some explanations

MuTeens:

A team of Mutant teens created by Agent Bishop to act as an Unofficial branch of the Earth Protection Force. Most of the Original members of the team are either Agents or relatives of EPF agents. This is part of redirecting the Mutant Vigilante Narrative. 

The Original Line-up of the MuTeens consists of:

SyBertError: A pair of twin brothers that were fused by mutagen and have become a humanoid mass of flesh and Electronics. Their abilities consist of:

 -analog technomancy.

-Limited Shape shifting outside of interfacing with technology.

-very limited mass shifting.

-Enhanced strength and intelligence.

-mild healing factor by consuming technology and organic matter.

AI: A young teenage girl who became digitized after being doused by Mutagen. Essentially becoming ummortal within the digital realm. No longer possessing a physical body, she is trapped in the internet. Her abilities consist of:

-digital technomancy as long as she can communicate with the other device (Wi-Fi, BT, Radio, even landlines)

Kage: A teenage Ninja girl who became a living shadow after being in contact with Mutagen. Her abilities consist of:

-Ninjitsu skills

-blending with shadows via shape-shifting.

-shadow walking, or the ability to move across shadows.

GameDude: Teenage boy who gained the power of videogames after being doused with Mutagen. His abilities consist of:

-Severely limited Reality warping powers, mostly self-targeting. Can mimic abilities from videogame characters for a limited time.

-Can temporarily transmute objects and enhance them with videogame abilities.

Agent Joseph Felix Kellog: EPF Agent who acts as the MuTeens' Commanding Officer. He's no known to the public, but the MuTeens MUST report to him. While he openly dislikes Mutants, he tolerates the MuTeens, because he understands hat they're a necessary evil to protect the Earth.

Now who really are the MuTeens?

Not the codenames and powers, but the people behind them:

Syrus Stockman: A genetically engineered clone of a Baxter Stockman from a different dimension. This Baxter Clone is a scientific Genius that is almost as smart if not more than his Genetic "father". Due to his intelligence, he has developed a god complex and is somewhat narcissistic. He is an unlikable fellow and his nasally and whiny voice makes him even more unlikable.

Bertram Stockman: A genetically engineered clone of the Baxter from another Earth, Bertram is more athletically inclined. While not as smart as his twin, Bert excels at applied physics. He's the more laid back of the two and tends to be more amicable.

 Hibiki Natsumi: The youngest member of the Hibiki clan, Natsumi's parents fled to America before she was born. Despite being in America and far away from the Foot Clan, the Hibikis trained Natsumi in the art of Ninjitsu in case the Foot Clan reached America. Mos of her childhood was sheltered due to her parents homeschooling her to train her as a ninja. Once she became 13, she was allowed limited contact with the outside. While working part-time at a local arcade, she befriended a group of "military brats" that snuck out to play games. After the incident, she was recruited by the EPF and became part of the MuTeen initiative.

Nicholas Raymond Cade: Son of Agent Nicholas Cade and Carmen Del Valle, a woman that Bishop had some interest in, due to her Natural Mutant status and not an Ooze induced Mutant. After the untimely death of his Mom, Nick was forced to live with his Dad and Bishop began secretly training him to become an EPF asset. Unfortunately for Bishop, Nick was prone o be highly emotional and react in an over the top manner that made him ineffective as an EPF agent. After the incident that gave birth to the MuTeens, Bishop put SyBertError as the leader much to Nick's chagrin. But to Bishop's dismay, Nick saw the lesser rank as liberating, because he was now a Superhero and able to bring the Heavy Hand of Justice to Evil-doers.

Ashley Irwin: Dauggter of Dr. Irwin, the Geneticist in charge of the Stockman-clones, was Nick's first friend after he moved in with his father. Often acting like the Jiminy to Nick's Pinocchio, she was always there with him. They were inseparable... until Nick met Barbara.
